Today was the start of a new beginning. For the past couple of years I have been on an unknown path searching for something. That something was a career. A career that I could dedicate myself to, learn from, and grow in to. When I graduated from college I lost everything I identified as, a volleyball player and student. When that was gone I wasn't entirely sure who I was. I had all these ideas and dreams but in my mind I had to experience the real world a different way than I normally planned. So here I am like a little corn seedling, taking in all I can, eyes and ears open, growing at a healthy rate as quickly as I can. Maturing into a successful businesswoman.
Wish me luck as I embark on something new.
Something that will shape me for the future.
When was the last time you were searching for the unknown?
Well enough of this deepness. I couldn't resist capturing these little baby corn sprouts. In a matter of a week or so these little guys were up and growing. (these were taken middle of last week) By now they are twice as big and before we know it we will be surrounded by an eight foot wall of corn.
That is all for tonight my dears. I am exhausted and can't wait to lay my head down. I'm on the search for new sheets. My favorite pair of flannel sheets have seen better days and need to be replaced.
Goodnight. I'll be back soon!
